A charming stay with river views

The spacious room offered a lovely balcony view of the river, perfect for morning coffee. The manager’s attention to our needs made our stay truly comfortable.

However, the elevator situation was frustratingly slow, and issues like noisy neighbors disrupted our sleep at times. Late-night disturbances were a bit of a letdown.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location near the riverwalk provided stunning views, especially at night when the lights reflected on the water. My room was clean and comfortable, adding to my relaxation.

The Premier King Balcony River View room offered a stunning view that made my mornings special. The balcony provided a great place to unwind and take in the scenery.

Unfortunately, a small portable hairdryer blew up in my hand, leading to a painful burn in my palm. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I encountered a cockroach and found the bed uncomfortable. Despite reporting the hairdryer incident, I never received a replacement, and communication regarding resolutions was lacking.

During my five-night stay, I appreciated the stunning views and the comfortable room. However, the slow elevators and some cleanliness issues detracted from the experience. It's a good option for families but could improve on service efficiency.

Waking up with a cup of coffee on the balcony, overlooking the river, was a highlight of my stay. The rainfall shower was surprisingly nice! I really enjoyed unwinding by the pool and taking a stroll through the lovely garden area. The room was a bit snug, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment—just pack light! ☕

the hotel is brand new with a lovely little terrace overlooking the river. the reception is combined with a minimart, which feels chaotic.

i had a great stay at m9 kirirom. the hotel is new and located right by the river, making it easy to enjoy stunning views all day long. my superior king room was clean and comfortable, and the staff truly went out of their way to ensure i had a pleasant experience.

however, the elevator was a bit slow at times.
